THE SOUTH-WEST STARS
The South-West Stars' base schools are Parkway West and Parkway Central. There are also several open school districts that are contiguous to these base schools.

The South-West Stars organization emphasizes player development and also the development of young coaches. The organization is especially pleased to have a number of Stars alumni that are now participating in giving back to the players following them, by becoming coaches within the organization.

The Stars home games will be played at Missouri Baptist University, Parkway North High School, Principia High School, and Whitfield High School in 2013. Besides the SLABA league games, each Stars teams normally plays in 4 - 6 tournaments over the course of the summer season.

The Stars have their main tryouts for their teams in August and September. If you are invited to commit to the team based upon the August and/or September tryouts, a non-refundable deposit of $300 will be due in October and the remaining balance will be collected before the issuance of uniforms. Players are also encouraged to participate in the Stars winter program as this will get the players ready for their high school team and is included as part of the player fee.

A spring tryout could be scheduled for selective Stars teams based upon the need for additional players for that particular team.
